Dear Sixth Grade Students And Parents,
Welcome! As you prepare to complete your elementary school journey and transition to middle school, we at Shoreline Middle School are thrilled to welcome you and support you during this exciting time. Our dedicated staff is here to provide the guidance and information you need for a smooth and successful transition to 7th grade.
Class Registration
Class registration will take place online via PowerSchool through the Student or Parent Portal. The registration window is open from March 19th to March 28th. On March 19th, please check your email for detailed instructions on how to complete the process. Should you need assistance, our team is available by phone or in person to help.
We understand families have many schooling options, and our goal is to provide the information you need to make the best decision for a successful middle school experience at Shoreline.

Transition To Middle School
Moving from elementary to middle school can bring many changes— new faces, a different environment, and all the emotions that come with this exciting stage of life. At Shoreline, we embrace this challenge and are dedicated to making the experience positive and productive for every student.
To support this transition, we will host a 7th Grade Orientation in early August to help students feel comfortable and confident. Stay tuned for more information on our website and social media over the summer as we finalize the details. Once a specific day and time have been chosen, we will email you with updates to ensure you have all the information you need.
Back-To-School Night/Open House
